HGW 94% Frozen!

Hey guys, I'm just wondering why my HGW game watcher will stop at 94% and not do anything... I've shut down firewalls and norton's internet protection, as well as added the CF folder to all "accepted" lists, I've left it for a couple of hours at a time and it still hangs at 94%, I've restarted my computer, and I've fully re-installed the whole game, and now I'm starting to get frustrated at the fact that I can't play this game... any ideas? Have I forgotten to do something?
