your graphics card could be over heating meaning it gets very hot!

nothing to worry about
just get your self new drivers and latest direct x
and turn off windows Aero

if your graphics card really was overheating
you would see vertical/horizontal stripes / garbage on screen.

Anyway here is some tips for a machine like this.
Your graphic card is motherboard embed(So it's in the motherboard)

It uses up to 256 mb of your ram.
If it uses that much at the moment.
You should start up your pc and get in the bios and change that so it only uses 128 mb
if it only uses 64 mb now but I doubt that is possible since the minimal is 128 mb but just to be sure to change it to 128 mb
If it goes any lower you get problems like you see in the screenshot.

Be sure to download this driver: http://support.amd.com/us/gpudownload/windows/Legacy/Pages/integrated_mce-xp.aspx?type=2.7&product=2.7.2.3.2&lang=English


And install it that is the latest version for that card.


Anyway good luck you may want to think to start saving to get a new pc.
or at least upgrade the memory to 1 gb but the memory slots are expensive because the are hard to find at least here. yep I tried looking for a pair for my p4 and damn the cost a fortune like 40 euro's 1 gb stick maybe you will find cheaper one's anyway good luck.


P.s the pc uses dual channel so and turning it off won't work so running on 1x2GB stick won't work if you wanna get 2 gb you will need to have 2x1 gb DDR2 ram PC5

Don't get any with PC6 those won't work the will only crash the system over and over.

Just update your GFX drivers, I had that problem with other games until I updated the drivers and everything went smoothly.
