6th day im still receiving failed to pass security restrictions....... my support ticket isnt being answered, and buddyshops said they fixed this...yet they didnt...send another email...

Failed to pass secruity VALIDATIONS. (or restrictions)
A way of saying that your credit card is unable to be processed due to various reasons, such as invalid information, too much usage of the card, or, not enabled to use online.
