why when I report a player it makes me z8: Please only upload gif, jpg, zip, rar, or txt file (EC: 90 121). well when I chose the right file? even if some hackers ... see more they are more and more becomes the worrying!

are you sure you convert it to the right file.
If yes: well convert it again.

upload it on a website. recommended: mega upload.
If no: convert it to the right file.

the system accept only "clean files names" wit cfr ending and no the real ing name.
So if some1 use ign like ".repo{ -]t" u must rename it in report.cfr
