Indeed this shows that part of this community is very hypocritical, like when one says that someone hacks in the other team, but won't kick the obvious hacker in his...

1.Quit the cf and search for the better game
2.Making the room with password and play with your friends and clan mates
3.pubbing and searching for hackers and neutralize them by reporting them
1 of those options allways helps -

do you know how many hack reports just come trough the ticket system?
over million reports in 1 day.I m just wondering how you would be able to watch the 1000000 replay's in 1 day?Hackers are getting banned because people are reporting alot so dont talk something what you dont even know.
I heard the interview with Gm Saidin back then and they are dealing with hackers.And also they do perm ban.So if you did read what i did post maybe you could learn something from it.

The dozens of hypocritical high ping noobs out there that care only about removing those with low ping. They will use any excuse to remove us and care nothing for what other high pings are doing.
High Ping players kick based on ping alone and nothing else.
Low ping players kick based on if the player is cheating or being a problem.
Also the High ping players I find that cry and hack accuse the hardest almost always resort to hacking near the end of the game or defending the very obvious hackers on their team.

You have a special and particular problem with anyone else's ping. -

I find a lot of Players with considerably Low Ping (20-ish) trying to kick everyone who has 50 - 70 Ping. Specially, if they get killed by that person more than one time. -

Congrats, you just admitted you have a ping problem. A good news for you, you may want to follow the lead on this clue: the current VIP hack is coming from a very low ping community like the one you are coming from: US/Canada and closer regions. I personally reported obvious hackers with 8 ping, also I posted on forum screens showing 9-15 ping obvious 1st LT waller, yet the pics got removed. So no, I don't think I can agree with your post. But please follow the lead and tell us what are the outcomes for December 2014. -

I stopped recording names in July because It was far more work then it was worth.
Did start seeing a increase in low ping hackers during the summer tho. I also report hackers, but mostly if they reached master sergeant+ or show a ZP investment. No point in reporting the hundreds of low ranks that I see if they are just going to make a new account in 5 minutes after being banned.
I only kick those that show obvious hacks.
I give the benefit of the doubt to everyone in till proven that they are undeniably cheating.
Back fires a lot tho, nearly every time I see a high ping doing very well, I think "Maybe this guys legit, maybe he is one of the few pro high ping players." only for them at the end of the game to start wall shooting everyone and put up a kick vote so they can't get kicked. -

I respect your attitude, I just showed you that you are wrong with all this low ping-high ping resolution. You also mentioned a worthy issue: reporting a hacker based on his rank. If you accept the fact that most of the hackers are low-ranked, and that you won't report them just because they can make another account within minutes and start hacking again, then your attitude actually reflects the truth: non-limited IP countries can make another account with no cost at any moment, and that is your country, not mine. If I get banned for any reason, I'm gone, because I'm from Romania. But your country, as well as South America, are not IP restricted. The problem with hacking is because of countries like yours. Having trouble understanding your post.
Is it support for more IP restrictions? If it is then I support it.
The fact that it is to easy to make a new account is a issue that needs to be addressed.
Anyways, lets look at why someone would hack and how ping affects this.
Lets examine this thoroughly.
First motive.
The 4 reasons why someone would resort to hacking that I can think of are so far.
1. Wants to win.
2. Wants to have fun.
3. Wants Revenge.
4. Thinks everyone else is already.
Examining point 1. Wants to win.
With high ping being a massive disadvantage, it is far harder to do well in the game.
Maintaining a 1.0 KDR is very hard and requires lots of practice and skill. With a low ping right now, it is easy to win and maintain a decent KDR simply do to the ping advantage.
If one is unable to win even when they put all there effort in it, they are more likely resort to other methods.
So for point 1. High pings are more likely to resort to hacking then Low pings.
Examining point 2. Wants to have fun.
With High ping one is likely to die and lose a lot. Losing is rarely found fun among people.
With Low ping the game is easy, many find a easy game fun. Some tho find a easy game not fun.
So for point 2. High pings are more likely to resort to hacking then Low pings for fun.
Examining point 3. Wants revenge.
This one is about equal for both. High ping players probably hate Low pings for beating them easily over and over again. And Low pings probably hate High pings for so far being more likely to hack. Add the amount of insulting and kick abusing from both sides, its not surprising that many would resort to hacking to destroy the other.
So for point 3. Both are equal at resorting to hacking.
Examining point 4. Thinks everyone else is already.
How many people truly understand how a game and ping work? Not many.
Players with high ping see the game very differently then those with low ping.
There are 3 perspectives in this game. Players 1's, Player 2's, and the Servers.
Everything the server sees is 100% accurate, and decides what happens.
Everything the players see becomes less accurate the higher the ping is.
Player 1 with 150 ping sees he is hitting player 2 who has 50 ping.
Player 2 sees player 1 missing him by a wide amount.
The server sees near misses.
Do to the high ping and lack of knowledge on how its affecting the game, player 1 is more likely to think player 2 is cheating. After all he just say player 2 take 30 rounds and not die or take damage. How does the normal player rationalize this?
So high pings are likely to hack because they think everyone or most are already.
Point 4. High ping players are more likely to resort to hacking then low pings. -
There are even worse players out there than Herp & Derp. Its the player that not only cries about legit players being hackers, but also follows the legit player he accused of hacking to other games, and joins their side just kick them.
In other words, even though he accused a player, he never bothered to save and review the replay or bothered to report the player he accused, and just proceeds to harass the player in other rooms. -

Simple fact: Hackers are not country restricted
True , most of them are high pingers but you dont get why
Person has high ping
Person fails
person fails some more
person sick of failing
person downloads hack
its exactly how it happens
or some really bad apples lead you to the hacks before you even make your acc
i've seen my share of 30-45 pingers with hacks
