CrossFire test server

If you can't "access the test server" it means that your account has been banned. The "test server" is technically a Z8 server, but only employees can access it to test items. Generally, it is a typo, and it means you cannot "access the servers" at all, but the "test" server is most likely the default server, therefore when you are blocked from the game, that is the first server that you will try to automatically enter. If you get that message, your account has been banned, and nothing can be done except for sending an appeal support ticket to fix the scenario.
