cant buy z8game points

I've been trying to buy z8game points ive bought some before. but lately it wont let me cause it saying i havent passed security validations its not my bank i called them and asked. And the support people havent replied back to me yet.... why is it saying i havent passed security validation??

    right now the system got messed up for the ZP buying from credit cards. the only way to get ZP right now it PrePaid cards or surveys

    "Failed to pass security validations" (or similar) -
    This error may, and will occur if you enter incorrect information regarding your credit card information, and/or your contact (personal) information such as; Full Name, Address, City, etc.

    Ensure you spell every SINGLE detail correctly, even if you don't put a CAPITAL it can be rejected. For example -

    Example #1
    Full Name: John smith
    (smith - There NEEDS to be a capital on Smith)

    Example #2
    Address: 1234 Wollyway AVeNue
    (AVeNue - There are improper capitals in the address. It has to be Avenue)

    Example #3
    First Name: John L. Smith
    ("L." - There can be NO middle name, or fraise that relates to another name that isn't on your card)


    Basically, put in the same information that is on your credit card. The 'failed to pass security validations' can also occur when your credit card company believes your card is stolen (too many online purchases), or your card cannot be used online unless you ask them to activate that. This can also occur if you have bought' ZP using the same card on another Z8 Games Account within the past 48 hours, or longer.

    If you are using the 'Credit Card' selection to buy ZP, try using BuddieShops to avoid the 'Security Validation' process, but I don't recommend it.
