Let me rephrase the question
what does it have to do with Colt Industries' AR 15It shows that even though most rifles in this game are full automatic, there is always the exception to the rule, thus there can be a true semi-automatic rifle in Crossfire.
However, the question is, what will it add to this game? The Winchester doesn't get used often for a very good reason. Being a single-firing rifle, it is practically useless in most situations. How are you going to balance out a single-firing rifle, like the AR-15, that has pretty much all the characteristics of a M16 except for the full-automatic fire rate, and still make it worth taking it onto the battlefield?
The answer is simple. Give it something no other weapon has. Or rather, let it fulfill 2 roles at once. Like for example, make it a single-shot rifle with a single zoom scope fit for sniping, but still have a crosshair like a rifle. -

doesnt really matter , Besides , the odds are it wont get added as after doing further research i have come to the late conclusion that its basically an m16 rip off -
