Deathadder in Crossfire

Hey, for some reason every now and again when i load crossfire my mouse (Deathadder 3500dpi) gets very laggy and sk.ips <--filtered?. when i move it, the cursor seems to jump across the screen instead of smoothly moving across. It continues to d othis in a game, and my aiming is jumpy too, it only happens in crossfire because ive tested it on other games. Anybody ever see this?

also ive tried adjusting polling rate and dpi, no luck

Change the Polling Rate to 125 Hz.
Crossfire doesnt support 500 Hz and 100 Hz
