You can check with the Black Market logs found on your Profile in the Clan Page.
If you do have proof that you have won it, send in a support ticket to Crossfire >> Technical Support for your account to be reviewed in the matter.
Unfortunately nobody else can help in this matter on the forums. Time to take it up with Support.
