Mouse problem

sup, umm.. well i was using this mouse that when i lifted and moved it, it didnt shake when i dropped it back on the mousepad. something is wrong with that mouse... alright.. i tried using my steelseries kinzu mouse and a steelseries mousepad

but when i lift it and move it, it shakes and moves like an inch to top right...... any way i can fix this.. i use a low sens. the mouse i was using was just a walmart mouse and i loved it

pls dont move mods.
