Currently we only have closed, deleted, etc. Can anyone tell me what that means?

If reporter spend time to review report things, should he get the right to know the result? If he can not, is it natural if he thinks z8 not care about hacker?

I have many experience, some player telling the hacker that he will be reported, and the hacker just lol. I mean, if someone believe the report will be effective, why should the he tell the hacker? If the hacker knows he will be banned, why could he lol? In fact, even I can not believe the warning would work. Reports? I don't know, when my ticket closed, I checked a player status and his last play is later than the ticket's final. This is the situation 1 year ago. And badly, that really makes me think there is no hope to report a hacker.
