Why don't i recieve my veteran soldier coupon? im sure my account is 1 year old !

u mean the veteran soldier ribbon.

check your email for a message with a subject of (Your Z8Games Account Information)
this message will contain all your z8games account information including your account creation date
check that date
if it didn't pass a year then you're wrong and you still have to wait for the ribbon
if it did pass a year then submit your complaint in the support page here: http://support.z8games.com/

You have to wait till they update the clan pages. then you get it.
if you dont then its likley that your account is NOT 1 year old. You might have got mixed up but if it is youll recieve it.

To be sure whether your account is more than a year old, just check your profile. It also shows the creation year. Considering 2012 is just 4 days old, it's safe to assume your account was created over a year ago if it says 2010 or earlier.

If you are positive you are sure just simply
1) logout
2) click missing email,SA ect
3) your email should have a z8games email with the full info of the acc

It's not just the year, but depending on the specific day and month as well.

As said above, sending a lost password email will contain the exact info to your account creation date as well as other stuff like Security Question & Answer and Username & Password

TY 9, just a note for the people who is wondering about the veteran ribbon
It is not a year thing it is a 364 day thing so if you reister on the 12/31/11 you are not gettin it on 1/1/12
