but i am confused. i reported a hacker with wallhack two weeks ago, and a person who called my mom the "B word" less than a week ago.
the person who insulted my mom is banned, and has no ribbon anymore.
the wallhacker is not banned and still has his ribbon.
does z8games put chat violations higher in their priority than hack reports?

Probably:
your report isn't analyzed yet, it takes time and your other "friend" got reported before by someone else and is already banned.

That would make sense , probably the guy who is banned was reported by someone else long before you did .. -

no, this guy is pretty legit in game. seemed to have a bit of honor. that is. until me, being GR and him, being BL, (GM) i axed him in the head and he started privating me stuff like "you mom is "the b word"" and stuff like that. i doubt he got reported b4 for chat violations, because quite frankly, i am the only one in the game that seems to give a damn about people insulting my family. -

odd. but only 1 person i have ever reported for hacking got banned. everyone i reported for insulting got banned in less than 3 days. -

Just print screen what they say to you and tell them if they carry on you shall be reporting them. That is how I do it, it stops most of the people insulting and swearing, if they don't stop then go ahead and report them :P -

You actually report idiots for offending your family? If I would do that, I would need a BR translator, cause I can't just complain about the 'porra" word.. But if he got banned, then the B word must really be offensive coming from a ret.ar.ded child. Good that the GMs can keep up with such serious reports, it's not like we have any hack reports around here. -

Dude just relax and play against me, each time you call me names I promise I won't report you. The simple act of reporting is taking too much time, especially since nothing really gets changed while reporting and after you're done with it. -

Cheating reports take longer to deal with and fall under a different category.
Insults is kind of just looking at a screenshot for 2 seconds and issuing the ban.
But of course, both are very important and we encourage everyone to report insults.
may I report when some kids call me farmer? it is annoying when they don't stop saying that and they want to insult me when they say that. or things like "f... you farmer" ? -

"f--- you" is an insult (but of course a censored one so thats not gonna get anyone banned)

trololol that was me! actually jk but tbh this game is for 18+ or with pg 13+ so dont doubt that that kind of stuff will happen.. -

well. i am older than 13 atleast. and my parents approve. and yes. i have had an 8 year old call me a "damned hacker noob, get a life and stop hacking the game you "the OTHER F word, meaning cigarette in EU i think." -

Probably cause you just suck and report legit players that you think are h4cking. That's why they're still here. They're legit. I'm probably one of them. Supposedly I get reported all the time. Almost every GR ghost game I play, someone cries h4ck, pm's me threatening to report me. I say thank you and that they can go ahead and waste their time reporting me. -

oh ya, they are really legit! shooting through walls is ALL THE RAGE nowadays among us legit players. we do it ALL the time... noob.. -
It's much harder to see whether people wallhacking are actually cheating, unless they are being completely obvious. For all you know, they could have just been a good player using sound or logic.
as said before.. oh ya.. all the pros are shooting us from spawn and through walls nowadays.. i reported WALLHACKERS most of them were SPAWNKILLING ME. only 2/10 of the support tickets i send ARENT spawn wallers. and 1/10 of that is insulters. -
They rely heavily on the auto ban for hackers that is why they can deal with chat violations faster as they have nothing else to do.
I got one guy banned for being Racist here, all the hackers I reported well that is a different story.
If you want an hacker banned it's probably better to make him mad and SS a few insults. -

People shooting you through walls are not wall hackers. Wallhacking is the ability to see people through walls, not the ability to shoot through walls. -

Then warn them that they can get banned by telling them to read Z8games Forum Rules Because i'm 90% sure that the rules are the same within Forums and In-Game
