Daily Challenges not resetting

My daily challenges have not reset at all this month, I did my daily challenge January 1st and then they never reset, what happened?

Although I'm not having this problem, many others are. Therefore, as it is a public issue, it will be fixed in a maintenance patch or a regular one.

Its not happening to me or any of my friends, maybe its a rank issue idk. Most of my friends are 2nd Lt+ so i think that might be the problem;
