1) Yes, you can.. if i can't ship to you I can just pay you the net amount for the items.
2) Yes, as per the previous post it's called an 'INTRODUCTION' for a reason, imagine someone saying Hello when they are infact leaving.

If someone gave you the replay and permission to edit for them, then that's fine. -
So I made the video, and you said its optional to put the intro in. I tried to find the intro DL link but I couldn't find it, but when I submitted it you released the DL link? Does it count if I have no intro, because that is just unfair if it doesn't count, not like I will win or anything anyway, but I want to be part of this comp.
