If it is the Tactical Character, it is the BL Ghost you see in GM.
You can get this Tactical Character from Boss Crates in Zombie Mode.
Sometimes you get the Tactical Suit in events too. For example, over the 12 days of Christmas, everyone who participated in an event, got the character for 30 days. Other characters cost 8,200 ZP. I'd suggest a SPOP since you get a ribbon with that one. -

I know you knew about it, I'm just providing information for the guy. Get his hopes up possibly for another event, just to get let down by Z8. Because we all know the prize will suck. -

Not in any one day of the event. The second day one was the one that gave you the character.
