What can i do?

Hey, my account is banned permanent. But im 100 percent sure, that i never hacked or something like that (trust me or not idc). But the suppport won´t help me, because i think they did a mistake (people can make mistakes).

what can i do? continue to write tickets? call them?

i hope some1 can help me..

What did they reply with. Perm bans are report bans OR you have a payment issue. What does it say when you log into the website

Thats either hacking or you were using something you shouldnt have. REZ Editing? Farming with a virtual machine?

Be honest. Have you done anything other than play the game properly?

They know if youre lying and so do the people here and they wont help you.

if you were hacking in game there is no way to get unbanned, but they have to have definate proof. best odds are to keep up with the tickets, can't think of any other way to resolve it if they made a mistake.

If he was perm banned for hacking... then they have definite proof he was cheating.

if i hacked and i got banned i would think "it´s ok, it´s my fault". But I´m sure i didn´t hacked and i asked the support if they could send me the replay where i hacked but they just close my ticket.

I have also not farmed with a virtual machine or did rez file modification. But i changed my kill marks and i deleted the sounds "fire in the hole" but nothing more.

ya dude i had the same problem some guy hacked my account and go me banned and i did the same thing, they just closed the ticket., The guy even tried to get the account unbanned by sending a ticket with false info.

Have you received a virus or something that might have been picked up by Xtrap and then be looked at as an attempt to hack the game?

Did you ask for more clarification on which "third programs, malicious tools, or game file modifications" was done on that account?

they ahve definate proof you were hacking.
dont lie because it wont get you anywhere.
my friend once got banned and i pm'd saidin that he doesnt hack. they looked over it and unbanned him. If they just close your ticket then i think they have the proof.

But im 100 percent sure i didn´t hacked... Isn´t it possible to get this "proof". Im playing this game now 2 years and i spent much time..

they wouldnt simply close it unless they have proof like i said.
Pm a GM and ask them for proof that you were hacking.

I got the same thing. I have never hacked, i got hack tool detected during the game when i had norton anti-virus. I lost my honourable soldier ribbon and i feel really bad because i never hack. Look at my profile!

If support starts closing up tickets without a response then they have re-reviewed it and confirmed the ban. Sorry!
