I would say look out for some hints coming in the future few weeks. It's a general assumption that patches come within the next week when big spoilers are given.

However M4A1-CC sucks. Hate to break it to you if you didn't know.
The M4CC do 27/27 damage,
The M4Custom deals 30/31 damage i think. ( I don't remember it's stats. )

Generaly within the first or last week, of a certain month.. it used to be on a monthly basis but I haven't been on enough to care.
