the survey i choose is that angry birds rio .. it says reward is paid on download and install ... i already download and install it but there is no ZP ??

Try Waiting For An Answer From Them, Their Surveys Never Seem To Work For Anyone, So Their Customer Service Is Probably Busy.
Also, Make Sure You Have Cookies Enabled In Your Browser Settings.
