Transaction ID

How am I suppose to get my Transaction ID?
Apparently I need that for my support ticket.
Z8 won't understand that I lost my SA and E-mail in a doc before my computer got reformatted.
Gave them the days I got Zp, crates I bought. Amount of crates I bought, first password.
Current password, all my igns.

Can someone list me the steps to see my transaction ID?

How do you redeem UGC Cards? Im assuming you threw them away aswell?

I have my UGCs that I used in a bin.
I just need 2 transaction IDs so I can add that into my support ticket.

I bought a UGC at 711.
I deposited it for prepaid card, I typed in my E-mail. I type down the code on the UGC card and I get my 20k.

Nope. I'm not quite sure how but I got 1 transaction ID in my junk mail but, I'm not sure how I got that and I need one more so I can add that to my support ticket because it's a vital information I need. >:(

Do a search from within your email to find more UGC receipts.

Every time you redeem a UGC card you should be getting 2 emails, one which is the confirmation of the transaction, and the other is the balance of remaining credit in your PayByCash account (which takes in the cents from UGC that aren't used)

Alright so, I have 1 transaction ID I don't know how I got it but, I think it might have been because I have a balance of $1 I pressed it and I think I got 1 transaction Id from it or I could have gotten one from purchasing one a week and a half ago.
