Welcome everyone it's the same topic like always asking about my ribbon
I have sent a support ticket few days ago about the ribbon they said Dear customer. How I'm dear and don't care about our questions they said I will get it before 31/2011
And the new year comes but still nothing cool.. Don't tell be patient bla bla bla and post the GM Saiden topic I have rood it million time thanks I just need a date that the Ribbon comes and please I don't want it from a MOD cause I don't trust them anymore just from a regular player thanks .

how is a regular member or even a MOD supposed to give you a date that you will get your ribbon?.... Only GMs and the support staff can do that.

Just wait till next week... support staff will be verrryy busy this week as there will be a back log of support tickets from over the holiday period where they havent been working. So just wait till next week and they will probably give you more attention. Its not like you need it this minute....

yes but the patch day was 15th dec and now its the second of January thats means over 20 days to fix that bug.. and what happend ... nothing

Me and you have the same problem, I won the m249 minimi on the first day of the patch, I got the ribbon when I won my ebr STRAIGHT away.

Please be patient, sometimes these easy bugs take time for no reason

I am curious OP, what ribbon are you missing? Because I just saw your profile, you have BOTH Ribbons from Christmas.
