Weirdest ping problem ever?

When I play Crossfire I get an average ping from 130-300 depending on the lag but when I went to Speedtest.net and Pingtest.net here is what I got:

Pingtest: 0% Packet Loss, 16ms Ping and 10ms Jitter.
Speedtest: 2ms Ping | Download Speed: 25.55-35.00mbps | Uploadspeed: 5.06mbps

I don't understand why.... it should be 50 and below but instead i'm getting more!
