I sent in a support ticket and they wouldn't help me get my SA.
I put as much detail as I could.
I don't know my email because I had many accounts. Also, I had my computer reformatted so I lost the SA and email that I had saved in a note.
And how should I remember when my account was created? I know it was created in 2011 but not the exact date. I didn't have enough info to get my SA back. or at least my email.
They ask for 2 things, but if you think about it, I can only give 1.

Log out, and in the place you log in, look a little to the right:
LOST ID/PSW/Security Answer
Click on that
Then type in the registered email that is tied to the account in question.
Check email for an email from Z8Games detailing info. -

You going to have to remember that email if you want to know your account info again.
Unless you memorized your account creation date (MM\DD\YR)... then submit a support ticket under Account >> Account Administration to get your Security Q&A changed.

If you're going to submit a password, give them your first one. That's the one they want.
