Secret Answer

I sent in a support ticket and they wouldn't help me get my SA.
I put as much detail as I could.
I don't know my email because I had many accounts. Also, I had my computer reformatted so I lost the SA and email that I had saved in a note.

And how should I remember when my account was created? I know it was created in 2011 but not the exact date. I didn't have enough info to get my SA back. or at least my email.
They ask for 2 things, but if you think about it, I can only give 1.
