Ok so I was doing a free zp offer for 5,000 zp because I had no money on my card and needed some zp. I picked the mobile offers because i had money on my phone and therefor i cold pay for it. now i went to this offer Get the hottest ringtones

ZP will be awarded upon valid PIN submit. Offer reports on a 15 minute delay. And i did the pin number and it said you have made a payment for 9.99 and on top of that i still didn't get my zp. it has been 40 mins since the offer was completed. so did I really just lose 9.99 and get no zp?

Some surveys works and some don't. Also next time I recommend not using a cell phone unless you have a prepaid cell phone which you don't care about (I'm pretty sure your aware about this now that you didn't get your ZP.) Only thing you can really do now is send in a support ticket to the survey provider. Don't send a support ticket to Z8Games about this. They'll just close it and tell you to contact the survey provider. Just give them proof that you did complete the offer. Well the only proof you can give them is your phone number.

Oh, most of the offers are scam. Most just don't pay or you have to contact a lawyer in order to get them. Or they just install trojans on your computer and act like a mean little spy.
of course they are "scams". One of the cheapest ways for advertisers to get a word in.
And you can't really lawyer up on it, as they haven't commit no crimes for laws that haven't been written yet. Even with civil suits won't get you far; the costs of litigation are not as cheap as one thinks they could be. Even if you win the suit, what then? There are hundreds, thousands, even millions of ads like these streaming the Internet every minute of every day.

So sad G4box are still in the pubs , they should have skeleton staff on (meaning) 2-3 out of 100 staff they got , My resturant dont close cause its xmas holidays , the banking system still work's , (the so called free offers are) working that is

My opinion is g4, smilegate,z8 and yourself are a bunch of waister's .
you cant commint yourself's to comply with a bit of graft , lazy bunch of self centered kids that leave the costomer hung drawn and quartered, then passed from piller to post

It's an medium sized office, and they manage a game. They sit in the office, and 'do work'. This isn't a bank, or a resturant where they get daily people coming in their office to purchase things, neither get money so don't compare a Gaming Companies Hours to an actual business such as a bank. I'm pretty sure they would rather spend Christmas and New Years with family and friends then sit in an office and not listen to complaints about the most stubborn things. -

First off, I am not an employee of Z8, thus should dispel any preconceptions you may have had on me.
Second, I gave you the proper answer, that you will need to send in a ticket for your problem. I mentioned the holidays because there wouldn't be as many g4 staff there to help with your ticket; I never said they were completely closed, thus your assumption about not having skeleton crews and banks and whatnot is also invalid.
Third, calling G4 a bunch of names in reaction is one the most childish things you have posted yet. You also need to understand that workers are entitled to some R&R a few weeks of the year, they're only human, not robots. Cut some slack.
4th, I'm assuming that last paragraph was in regards to you calling the whole survey a scam, while I disagreed. If you want to buy me a drink, fine. I can afford one quite well tyvm. Don't insult financial standing whe you have no idea who I am.
And the same goes for your snide comment about Texas. Rude is rude and not deserving.
Grow up, and learn some patience and courtesy.
