Why can't I join in Europe CF?

Wassup, I've been lots of time without playing CF and today I've decided to pwn again (lol, just jokeing). The issue is that when I try to join in CF Europe (I'm spanish) whit my Z8 acc, I can't. Is it normal? I mean, would I have to create another acc for playing CF Europe?
