4. I forgot the answer to my security question.
The only way to retrieve the answer to your security question is to submit a support ticket containing all the information you entered during the registration process, in addition to your registered email address. This is in order to verify your identity. Be warned, the process of retrieving the answer to your security question can take time.

I guess the same might go for your email... Unless you can provide all the account details apart from your email, your tickets will get closed as spam.
f there's only a small amount of possible accounts, you could try finding out which one it is by using this: http://www.z8games.com/lost_id_password.aspx
Just try your different email-accounts there. If the email account was not used for a Z8 account, it will tell you that email is not in their database. If it has a Z8 account linked to it, you get "the account information will be sent to the email immediately". Then you just have to check the email-account to see if it was the right Z8 account, unless you only have 1.
