Need URGENT help ! Captain Account got hacked.
Hello... first of all, My name is Jesus David, im the son of the owner of the account hacked.
I think the account got hacked probbably with a Keylogger. We got tricked so easly. first we noticed someone had played on the account, because weapons were changed and the crosshair too. Dad asked me if i did that... i answered No it wasnt me... we even had a fight cuz he hates when i change his weapons or settings.... but after a while a player whispered to dad saying: I entered to you account, you got a really nice Custom Crystal... then he inmidiatly called me... i talked to that guy and he told me... if you dont change ur password and security question and answer i will take your account. You have 15 minutes to do it !. His account name was Wolfaund, but he told me not to report him, becouse that account wasnt him, he hacked that account just to speak to me.
Off course i was too inocent and stupid and believed him... then after i made ticket to change the answer, he changed the password and the e-mail..... so i noticed one thing: I GAVE HIM MY SECURITY ANSWER.... yeah... he only knew the password of the account.... and when i made a ticket to change the security answer he could see the ticked and see the question & answer atm... so im afraid i dont know what to do... he changed the Name of the character, the last name was [RBD]*jaime* now the name is iFluidx... but anyways i saved the USN: http://clan.z8games.com/charstat_cf.aspx?usn=3489013.
Unfortunatly i didnt took any SShot of the hacker saying he would steal my account, i only took one Sshot, and i think was by accident, saying to me that my submitted ticked was wrong! but anyways i have some proofs that the account is MINE!... For example i can give you accurate information of the last Transactions by paypal for buying ZPS... i can tell you the day the account was created, the last security question and answer... i can tell you all the passwords the account have had.... And i have the e-mail sent to me from noreply@mail.z8games.com saying that my account mail was changed.
I dont know if it can be taken as evidence, but when i told [Jonte]** (one of the Lts of Noise™, the clan the hacker joined ) that he had stolen my account he just laugh...

Deletes all the malignant viruses from your pc, creates another account and you try to send a new ticked -

Fill out a support ticket under --->Account Issues

Basically create a support ticket under Account >> Account Administration, verify the account "was" yours, then from there coordinate with support to get it back.
You will need to wait a little longer, as G4 is on holiday hours and not that many workers are working atm.
Do you care to explain how you got the "keylogger" onto your computer?
p.s. don't use the forum as an outlet for your account problems, none of us CAN "help" you regarding this matter. Sorry! -
Also, handle the tickets on another computer.... If there is indeed a keylogger on that computer, it will just make it harder to get your account back. And yea, make sure you get that keylogger out of your system...your best guess would be to search in your recent downloads that are CF-related.
Quick question: how many accounts are used on that pc?
