Apply to clan

When you apply to a clan you sometimes need to write some specific information to get the chance to get accepted. Accepted or not, as a leader of a clan you might want to write something back to the person who applied. Maybe the person forgot something or there's something they want to discuss, then they can just click a button called 'reply' and the person will get a note when he log in next time [Same as the note you get from the support page, a little message appear in the top].
Etc.
