About the radio sound

Well, i am a ghost mode player and i hate when the team use the ''fire'n the hole,flash granade, smoke bomb ,etc'' but i cant mute this f*** sound even if i mute all radio sounds this f*** fire n the hole still disturbing me. How can i mute this?

you can only mute it if you turn off the efects sounds
