strange new glitch.

It appears i have encountered a new glitch. i was playing Gm and i got killed by.. A DEAD BODY?! NO WAY! yeah way.. it was just sitting there one second (no breath at all) next second its rushing me, no way to avoid it because i was too close, and bam.. i just got killed by a dead body... wtf?
