Why today My ping is so high?

Yesterday I played Crossfire and my Ping was 118 ~119 in moments high was 128,
and in another days ever was it. But today is on 180 ~ 200 and sometime be low on 120 ~ 119 but this times is so *******
I want know if is in my conection or is the crossfire?
In the Crossfire Brazil My Ping is 09 ~ 14 today is growing to 138

Sometimes its crossfire, but this is rarely the case.
It's probably someone downloading or you need to let your router take a break.

i used to have 40 to 80 ping until zombie patch now my ping is always above 120

Same problem here guys usually 56-76 ping although it spikes from time to time to around 2k xD today.. all day in uk server my ping has been locked at 230+
