Downloader is not working, chinese message?

Help, i'm located near ontario, canada, when i open the CF Downloader it pops up a message in chinese..i don't know chinese so i can't tell what it is.

here is the image of the error please, anyone know whats wrong.
to my knowledge it seems they put the IP in the red zone, or perhaps confused
and thinks i'm from china?

Let's see...
1) You can download the CF Downloader from the red zone: I'm in the red zone and downloaded it again for the Halloween patch. The red zone should only affect the creation of new accounts.
2) CF is still on your Desktop + you played on the day you posted this.
3) The printscreen of the error is in a Teamviewer window.

So....this is not your problem, but that of a friend...why didn't you just let him make this thread then?

Anhyhow, try using a different mirror, then see if the error still pops up. Errors in chinese might just be things they forgot to translate.

THAT IS NOT Chinese words. Im Chinese and im a computer nerd. ITS CP language. Bassically its computer language.
i am chinese so I know.
