Where is my Xmas Mega crate gift?

I logged in at 0.05 EST of 25th December to get the ribbon, and played in a Christmas Map to complete the 12th event and get the Crate. I also win the Kris Xmas. Now, I don't have the MERRY CHRISTMAS and the CHRISTMAS COMES BUT ONCE A YEAR ribbons, and I haven't recieved the Xmas Mega crate. How much must I wait??

    The Kris-Xmas wont count to the ribbon, the ribbon for logging in will be in ur acc soon. The Mega Crate you should send a ticket to them, kuz i dont know how to solve that
