Christmas Mega Crate and Ribbon

I know it's not the first time you see this thread but:
1.I loginned and played 2 Christmas EM maps but i haven't got nothing.
2.I waited 2 days
3.I sent a suport ticket to crossfire and they told me:
If you haven't got the crate or ribbon within 48 hours you maybe were not elegible of it,or you must play by the server time not your local time.
4.I sent back another ticket and told them that i was totaly elegible of it,that DAY12 isn't on the event page,and that I'm not the only one who have this problem,so I sent links to other threads.

Hope they'll do smth about it not just telling "you was not elegible".
