Problem with UGC?
I don't know what is going on, but I can't seem to receive ZP since yesterday. Yet the weird thing is I received ZP from my 2nd card, whereas my 1st and 3rd card did not seem to have been credited to my account but still confirmed. Anyone else having problems with ZP transactions? Also what happens if I forgot the first transaction code, would the code to the card still be liable when sending in a ticket?

Do you have the ZP transaction ID's from the 1st and 3rd card? (found in your email)
Why would you delete receipt email... .-.
Just create a folder or label in your email service, move / attach label to it and forget about it.

Try to lump the 3 cards in one ticket.
Yes I said 3, state that you made 3 purchases, here are their transaction IDs, and the 1st one and 3rd one are crediting ZP to my account. Or something like that.
