Patience is a virtue. If by Wednesday you did not miraculously get that special ribbon, send a support ticket to Crossfire >> Complaints.
I recommend you stay professional while typing out the ticket, in order to get a more validating response such as "We'll look into it", or "I'm sorry you did not log in according to our records", or "Why yes you did log in, sorry the servers are a bit overwhelmed at the moment, you should receive it momentarily now".
Oh and another protip: Please use correct spelling/grammar/sentence structure. It will get you far on the ticket. -

I've clearly stated on the thread to NOT send support tickets about it. It's simply spam to them as they know about the issue.
