i allready had it from the last xmas so i dont need to worry about that ribbon ^^i had the ribbon from last year, and i already got the gun, so it will be there for u soon-.-'

Patience is a virtue. If by Wednesday you did not miraculously get that special ribbon, send a support ticket to Crossfire >> Complaints.
I recommend you stay professional while typing out the ticket, in order to get a more validating response such as "We'll look into it", or "I'm sorry you did not log in according to our records", or "Why yes you did log in, sorry the servers are a bit overwhelmed at the moment, you should receive it momentarily now".
Oh and another protip: Please use correct spelling/grammar/sentence structure. It will get you far on the ticket. -
lmao yes they do i did get from voucher 1 revive and 1 large h.m. instead 10 of them which is sad story so yes they troll us(jk)see the info of that ribbon , (You logged in the game on December 25th 2010 and/or 2011). Is the same ribbon , 2010-2011, z8 games trolling us
just wait if you did login on time you will get it just wait till they fix that issue

It was directed to whoever is going to send in a ticket. It's a pretty positive thing to demonstrate proper English (to the best of your ability of course) or else the ticket would have been read like a child's scribble and acted upon as such.
Nobody would take a ticket seriously if one cannot get their point across in a mature, professional manner. And if that means a little bit of proper format, so be it.

wow wow wait a second ? IF you had the M4 last year, you cant get it this year ? Thats just amazing, because I won M4 lat year, I was still a noob and I didnt know about ribbons. When my mates told me we could get the M4 CC i start to worry about. I send a ticket to Z8 because I get the M4 and NOT the ribbon. How is that possible ? The answer they gave me ? 'You will have another chance this year' -.- Pretty cool huh ? Anyway I'm missing my ribbon too :$ I have 19 ribbons ! :b -

i got the AK Knife ADV, but no ribbon. ribbons normally take much longer to add than the guns. just be patient. unless this xmas ribbon will be your #20, its literally of no concern to you. -
