Why u no anwser my ticket!
anyone else have a ticket that hasent been answered in a timely manner? by timely manner i mean within a week, ticket going on almost a month no response ( don't tell me to re make it i remade it already beginning of December) CROSSFIRE< WHY U NO ANWSER MY TICKET SINCERELY SOMEONE WHO OBVIOUSLY WANTS YOUR HELP!

Holidays... maybe it was the way you worded your question that they may have discarded your ticket.
Best idea: They are swamped, and cause of the holidays, there ain't enough support people to handle the overflow of tickets until the rest of the support team get back. -
Then reply to that SAME TICKET that your issue has not been looked at since september.
To correctly reply to the ticket, go to Contact History on the Support page.
Find the right ticket you are looking for, then click the View Details ABOVE the written text BUT BELOW the solid line.
Then in the text box that appears, type in the updated information, then click Add Note -
