Cant buy zp.

I am extremely frustrated because of the fact every time i click on buy 10000 or 20000 zp i get "This transaction has been denied.
Reason:Failed to pass security validation"
its not the credit card because it doesn't let me get to the payment options.
as soon as i click on buy any amount of zp i get that message, any help would be most appreciated
