800x600. Turn off blood bullet trail etc.

Other then that. Buy a new PC.

low texture
Bullet trace/smoke high if you get annoyed by not seeing your bullet (like me)
blood off
bullet trail off
weather effects off

I recently gave those settings to my friend and it increased his fps by about 40.

Unfortunately for me, my graphics card is crap so even with these off, my fps increased by 20 but it's more stable than before so it feels better.

CF barely uses the GFX card, it's relies pretty much solely on the CPU. Better the CPU better the frame rate. Went from a hd 5450 to a gtx560 superclocked about 10fps increase (that's 400mhz memory speed to 4104mhz memory speed).

Ok... Well I am running on a 4 year old processor so I suppose that would do it..
