11th and 12th event

Why i'm still not having the rewards for 11th and 12th event until now...i'm sure that i completed the required tasks..anyone with the same problem too?

I have the same problem i play 5 games in em christmas and i dont receive the backpack and now too nothing but i have patience

Yeah, same. I did at least 7 games of EM on Christmas map, still haven't gotten my reward. Did the game for Christmas day at like, 1 AM, still haven't gotten the reward. Oh well, just wait and send in a ticket if it doesn't show up in the next 48 hours.

Basically, they don't work on weekends, so whoever completed the event, I hope we get rewarded by Monday...if not..we all gnna go on spam mode support ticket >.>
