Hi Sorry this is possible as fast level up in less than a year

Ruili is a farmer. He has friends (probably clanmates) who let him kill them. it is frowned upon in this version of CF, it is not encouraged, but no one will get banned for it. If someone wants to waste his time killing non-moving targets for hours on end each day, there is nothing specifically against it.

None of the Marshals got there without farming.

its not about kills and deaths its about skills, skills which none of these farmers have unless they have actually killed so many to know the way of not getting killed and killing.

So you can climb level as fast!
