Support Ticket Closed without a reply

Dear GMs and Moderators

I issued a support ticket last week about all the stuff we lost due to the November patch (Regional Problem) which lasted for 8 Days (17 - 25 November) and the ticket was closed without any answer from your Technical Support Team.

So i want to know why we didn't get any compensation for all those stuff we lost and the time we lost from the other stuff we still had.

I Love the game but really something like that was frustrating losing all those stuff and not being able to play the events came along with the November Patch. so other players who didn't get the problem had a very good advantage over us.

so kindly please i want a reply about this matter and about why the support ticket was closed without a reply
