  • How much ZP are you purchasing?

Have you contacted your credit card provider to see if you have any restrictions placed on purchasing anything from the Z8Games website?

Have you submitted a ticket to Z8Games support detailing the nature of your problem and to see if YOU have any restrictions placed on your account to purchase ZP?

There are no restrictions from my credit card provider. I have sent a support ticket to z8 but still waiting for a reply which i sent 2 days ago. And if my account has a restrictions, i dont know why, i have done nothing wrong.

I am tryin to purchase 10,000ZP which is $9.

Support does not work on the weekends, explains why they wouldn't have viewed your ticket yet. Furthermore, they as employees do take time off for the Holidays, so there could be less to be able to view your ticket on time.

Just patiently wait for your ticket...

What I would do, if nothing has happened by Thursday/Friday of this week, I would reply to that SAME ticket, sorta "bumping".

But at the same time be willing to include more information about the problem at hand, not just a stupid reply stating "bump". That ticket will then get deleted for spam I'd bet.

Really all in the end you just need a simple glance at your account.

And everyone can have restrictions placed on their account, with or without knowledge / consent.
