i have been asking them for a while now that i could just get out of this stupid clan im in which i have asked for Sa which they wont give me becase idk my email and i just request to only removed me from a clan which they wont even do ...........................

You need to provide two pieces of information to prove that you're the owner of the account. If they haven't given you your security answer, it's either the information that you gave them was false, or you didn't give any at all.
