XM Most Underrated Gun Ever
I never really considered SHOTGUNS to ever be an effective killer, but geez was I wrong.
The XM has a fairly small spread compared to the SPAS, but large enough that getting headshots at a few feet is incredibly easy. Even if it isn't a headshot, it's usually a OHKO simply due to the concentration of the buckshot on such a small area. The low ammo capacity is rarely a problem since reload is rather quick and you'll almost never need more than 3 or 4 shots for less than 2 enemies at once. Also, the fire rate is MUCH faster than the SPAS', making successive kills almost effortless. Most importantly, however, is the XM 1014's ability to kill before your opponent can even get a shot off. As long as you're accurate and quick with the mouse, you can kill pretty much anything that's within range of you, regardless of skill or their weapon's damage.
Basically, imagine a Deagle that kills in one hit, but has a larger spread. Totally worth it, amirite?

If it kills in one hit, who cares how big the spread is... You're at a significant range disadvantage though, seeing as you can snipe with a deagle...
I suppose you can snipe with a shotgun though...that's probably fun actually... -

if the MP7 would be like the real life MP7 it would make the same damage as a assault rifle xD and much more ammo -

Dude the most underrated gun on the is the M16 in real life it is a great gun in the game well nough said -
shotguns OWN. let me say it again :O OWN in GM and maybe crossroads also but other than that not much :P ( in crossroads i must admit its pretty awsome)
i dont have a picture but i used teh xm1014 and the ak47 only in a crossroads match and got 26 and 5 -

The XM isn't underrated just underused due to the fact most people like rifles are more multi purpose. Shotguns are highly specialised to do a certain job just like sniper rifles. I'd like to see more shotguns in the game but I doubt that will happen.
