PLease Help asap

HI , guys from 2 or 3 months after the zombie patch , when i'll to enter a room , the screen at loading become black for 10 15 seconds then i can join the room.Before this patch i haven't any problem like this please GMs and MODs i send reports but you don't answer.My pc is : Windows Vista Home Premium 32-bit SP2 , AMD Athlon 64*2 Dual Core Processor 4600+ , 1.0 GB RAM , NVIDIA GeForce 8400 GS

PLease somebody can helps me as soon as possible because i can't play and i'm bored.

Does it only go black?

What is your usual FPS in game? What is the amount of RAM you have?

For an 10-20 seconds the screen become black and then i see the loading page and start to play , My fps is about 70 - 120 k , but when they throw smoke grenade etc sometimes it's become - 60 .
