Offer to the Crossfire

Okay, I live in UK I have ping 15-30 and I hate when people have high ping and it makes big difference to me, so wouldn't be a good idea to make ping limits for example when you create room and you choose the range of players would be able to come to your room the ping range you have chosen. If you think its bad idea why is it bad or is it good please leave a comment.
