A glitch so prevelant it's being ignored!!!

  • This isn't a glitch, this is players taking advantage of a feature in a way that the makers didn't intend. Just like the join time, kick vote is also being abused. Kick vote these days is used to remove legit players far more often then it is used to remove hackers.
  • True, but the one situation where it would be useful can't justify ignoring the problem. Imagine this counter situation, your playing a 5v5 scrim and you kill someone, they RR and that person clutches the round, then its a 5v6 situation which can cost you the round, and in some cases the game. See what I'm saying?

Then the team will leave for rejoining lol :/
  • Well sir I guess you have a extraordinary computer, because I don't know anyone who has a computer that can get dc'd and log back into cf, all within a 30 second span, that's of course operating under the assumption you dc'd right at the start.

As far as a pub goes, it could mean more xp, unless of course that causes the other team to lose, in which case it's not more xp. And judging by your language and lack of response to my question, you do RR.

what (I believe it's Denxi) is trying to say is taht , you're about to echo8 scrim , you all ready up , you start game and get host error and get into the lobby , you rejoin the room , nbd.
If someone on the opposite teams dies and get's 0-6 and resets score and ends up respawning they will simply kill themselves by nade , talking ofc by scrims , in pubs It's evenbetter couse that means you get 12/9 people to kill according to you.
  • They Should Actually Shorten The Window Drastically

Why? Why does it matter is someone respawns in a game?

You really can'T see why or are you just trolling?

The OP explained it good, lets say you play a game 5vs5. You kill someone, he leaves and joins again, now he is in that game again and you play against him again. You might have lost some life from that fight but he has 100 hp again.

Now please don't tell me you didn't understand it.

By DC I mean room error, not game crash.

Lack of response to what question? I don't pub this game.

In a scrim it doesn't matter because a) the results of scrims don't matter, and b) you just stop playing teams that do that.

In pubs it doesn't matter because who wins a pub is irrelevant, and a person playing twice doesn't ruin the fun. It can only ruin the fun if you take pubs seriously, in which case you're an idiot and I have a thread I can link you to.

It doesn't matter if they count the result or not, I play to win.

How do you make sure that other teams doesn't do it too?

It is important who win because sometimes the daily mission requires you to make like 6 wins and you can't reach those of you lose all the time.

So I'm a idiot for taking a game to serious? Why? Explain it to me. Online gaming is my hobby and I want to win it. Do you think that people who lose in sports like basketball or soccer and get mad then are idiots too?

Seriously I don't understand why someone who gets mad for losing is an idiot.

There is a simple solution to this problem, z8games shouldn't allow people to play the same round 2 times. But you want us to remember those "bad" people who re-join and play unfair don't play with them again. It's to much work. Letting z8games do all the work is easier and it's actually their job to make a good game not our.
  • It doesn't matter if they count the result or not, I play to win.

Then don't play public games. Gt a team and scrim if you want competition.

How do you make sure that other teams doesn't do it too?

Most teams DON'T do it because that actually want to PLAY THE GAME. Any teams who DO can't find any teams to play against. There's no point in doing it in scrims, scrims are to improve.

It is important who win because sometimes the daily mission requires you to make like 6 wins and you can't reach those of you lose all the time.

If you can't manage to win 6 games because of a few people re-joining, then you have serious issues. There are also 3 daily missions :D

Public games do NOT show skill. This means that winning them is irrelevant to how good you are. This means that if winning them gives you a good feeling just because you beat the other person, then you are deluded.

people in basketball or any other sports , play in a LEAGUE against OTHER TEAMS , if they're playing a game with Other random people they won't give a flying **** about who wins or doesn't

Well, I do when I play with random people or friends. I always want to win, it doesn't matter if there is a price to win or not.

And by the way, we are playing in a league too. They count our scores.
  • The best solution would be to put the same respawm system as Elimination for S&D, GM, MM/HM. If you were not ready/loaded before the round started. You cannot play until the round ends. It happen many times when you join an EM room and you see ppl frozen in the spawn. Means you weren't ready.

By doing this, it would indeed prevent ppl to leave and come back just because he was killed before 2:00. It would also prevent people getting killed in their spawn because they are frozen and can't do anything, say GM on BL side. It would also prevent people from joining a MM/HM round at 2:36 when the rounds start and you're surrounded by mutants.

Finally, with this, no more "easy mission" with lucky people joining the last round of a game before 2:00 or 2:36. Not saying it's a bad thing for us, players, but I doubt anybody working on this game like people doing fast mission and only looking for last round games.

Another thing, maybe block people if they leave, come back too often, say 2-3 time max. It would prevent excessive kick from mad people.

In my opinion, it would be better and easier to make it so you can't join in the middle of a round.

This eliminates the problem you addressed of nerds quitting and rejoining. It also eliminates the problem of being killed before you have a chance to move, OR being able to kill people near or in the spawn.
